You always have a 30 day right of withdrawal when you shop at rudecru.com. The right of withdrawal starts from the day that you recieve your order. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item(s) is/are returned in the same condition and number as when bought. The right of withdrawal is lost if you use the product(s) in a manner that clearly lowers the sales value. When the right of withdrawal is used, you have to pay for the delivery of returning the item yourself. You can use your right of withdrawal by sending the order back or by refusing to accept the order when it is delivered to you. If you regret your purchase and return the bought items, we will naturally refund the purchased amount. This will be done through a bank transfer after we have received the product(s) and checked that it complies with our regulations about returns. More information about the returning process and refunding will be sent to you after you have contacted us about your wish to return an item. Notice - we do not accept packages sent with COD.
You should always save the original packaging until you have decided if you wish to return the purchased item or not. The lack of packaging can in some cases mean that the sales value of the product diminishes and thereby the right of withdrawal is lost. The same applies to tags, labels etc. You may NOT remove tags and labels from the product(s), if you wish to return them. There are higher costs associated with getting new labels, tags, barcodes etc. and therefore we will demand a fee of 5 dollars per item which lacks the necessary labels etc.
When you make a purchase at rudecru.com, you are always entitled to a 24 month warranty. This means that you can either get the product fixed, replaced, get your money back or be given a discount, depending on the exact situation. This is on the conditione that you are entitled to the warranty i.e. if the product has been misused and therefore is in an unwanted state or that the product has been damaged in an unnatural way, the warranty will not be entitled.
The warranty has to take place within a reasonable time after the discovery of the lack/fault in the product i.e. within two months after the discovery of the lack.
We will refund any reasonable shipping cost that you may have had with the return of the damaged good. But you always have to contact the customer support before shipping anything to make sure that you are entitled to the warranty.
