Frenchman Julien Soone, who is also famous for BullrotWear, created FAT313. With FAT313, Soone created an urban brand that quickly reached high status in many countries. Since FAT313 was formed as a memory of his beloved dog Fatcap, there are many dog motifs on the clothes. 313 stands for the two graffiti districts where Soone grew up in France.
