HOW TO RETURN?

When we ship your parcel, it will include a pre-filled return form.

Follow these simple steps for a quick return process:

1. Please choose if you want to exchange your item or get your money refunded.

2. Please choose the reason for your return.

3. Send your return parcel to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Please notice that you pay for the return parcel yourself.

Please remember to get a reciept when delivering the parcel to the post office.
