1. Include a note stating what you would like us to do with the item(s) you’re returning (exchange, refund, or gift card).
Also, make sure to write your order number and phone number on the note.

2. Order your return label and register your return by using our return portal.
Even though you register your preferences in the portal, you still need to include a note inside the return package.

3. REMEMBER to get a receipt when you hand in your return package at the parcel shop.
