This ensures a quick and correct handling of your return.
1. Include a note stating what you would like us to do with the item(s) you’re returning (exchange, refund, or gift card).
Also, make sure to write your order number and phone number on the note.

2. Order your return label and register your return by using our return portal.
NOTE: You MUST include a paper note inside the package, telling us if you want a different product/size, a gift card - or a money refund.
Choose the return portal that matches the country you’re sending from.

If you’re sending from a country other than those listed above, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

3. REMEMBER to get a receipt when you hand in your return package at the parcel shop.
Costs
- Exchange or store credit → The return label is free.
- Refund → A fee of 9.99 EUR will be deducted when using the prepaid return label.
Processing
- Exchanges are usually handled within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 days and will always be issued back to the original payment method.
