Some states of mind are too complex for clean lines.
Since 2014, BSAT has celebrated the people who refuse to reduce themselves to one clean, simple version. Still Smiling captures the moment when pressure, emotion, energy and imagination refuse to stay contained. It is deliberately imperfect: a familiar smile that stretches, melts and keeps its character.
The design is not a symbol of being broken. It is a symbol of resilience, the ability to move through change without losing the part of you that is real. It speaks to anyone who has felt the pressure to look fine, act certain or hide the chaos underneath, and chosen honesty instead.
For the wearer, Still Smiling becomes a reminder that vulnerability and strength can exist at the same time. You can be unfinished and still be worthy. You can change direction and still be yourself. You can carry the marks of what you have been through without letting them define your limits.
The dark brown colorway gives the symbol a warmer, more understated presence. A small chest mark acts as a quiet sign for those who understand it, while the oversized back print reveals the full BSAT State of Mind: changing shape, keeping identity. Easy to wear, difficult to forget.
Still smiling. Still yourself.
