NB! The point system is valid from 05-01-2016, i.e. we do not pay out for previous purchases but from purchases from when the bonus program begins.
How many points do I earn?
You earn 5 % in bonus point on all purchases made after the 1st of May 2016.
Ex. If you buy for £ 100 then you’ll earn 5 bonus points and every point is worth £ 1
How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you place an order.
You earn bonus points regardless if you are logged in or not , as long as you remember to type in your registered e-mail.
Hence, even costumers whom do not have an account will still earn points.
All bonus points are linked to the e-mail address that was used to place the order.
To follow your current balance or use earned bonus points, but have not created an account - do following:
1) Go to www.RudeCru.com
2) Go to "My RudeCru"
3) Click on "Forgot Password"
4) Follow the instructions in the email and an email with the new password will be sent to you. The new password can be changed when you log in.
Your score is linked to your email address, thus is personal and cannot be shared or used by other customers.
Points cannot be transferred to other e-mail addresses.
When can I see and use my bonus points?
You can see your points immediately after your order has been completed – all you have to do is go to your profile under "My RudeCru" on www.RudeCru.com
Your earned points are available 30 days after your purchase due to our 30-days return policy. If you return items you will not earn bonus points on the returned items.
You can use your bonus points when your balance is 1 point or above.
You do not earn bonus points when you buy a gift card or spend bonus points on a purchase.
Notice, that bonus points and bonus point gift cards cannot be spent on gift cards in the shop.
How long is my bonus valid for?
Your points are valid for a year.
When you wish to spend your bonus points, you have to convert them into a giftcard in “My RudeCru”
When you have converted your bonus points and received your gift card, then the gift card is valid for 30 days.
The 30 days expiration date cannot be extended. Unused points and gift cards will automatically be deleted and cannot be regenerated or extended.
